Each division — GAC Education, GAC Tech and GAC Construction — publishes its own privacy notice covering candidate, client and service data. This notice covers the group website only.

What we collect

• Contact details you send us by email or through a group enquiry.

• Cookie and consent preferences stored in your browser.

Why we use it

• To respond to enquiries and direct you to the right division (legitimate interests).
• To keep the site secure and operational (legitimate interests).
• To measure and improve the site, where you have consented (consent).

Sharing

We share data with our divisions where relevant to your enquiry, and with service providers who host and maintain this site. We never sell personal data.

Retention

Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to 24 months. Consent preferences expire after 12 months, after which we ask again.
